Cool Cilantro Dip
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
- 10 ounces, weight Salsa Verde (tomatillo)
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Cumin, Ground
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, Or To Taste
- 1 whole Limes
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa verde and sour cream until well blended, then mix in minced garlic, ground cumin and cayenne (optional).
- Fold in fresh chopped cilantro (make sure its a large bunch) and lime juice.
- Using an immersion blender (or food processor), blend ingredients together until smooth.
- Additional seasonings to taste, if desired.
- Serve with pita chips and chopped veggies, or drizzle over grilled meats.
