Mandarin Yams Recipe
- 1 (24 ounce.) can S & W old fashioned candied yams
- 3/4 c. minced pecans
- 1 (8 ounce.) can S & W mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. butter
- Drain yams, reserving liquid.
- Arrange first three ingredients in casserole.
- Dot with butter.
- Pour reserved liquid over all.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 min at 350 degrees.
