Bbq Corn Cobs with Bacon and Garlic Butter
- 4 each corn cobs husks on
- 4 each bacon lean rashers, halved
- 250 grams butter softened salted
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 bunch chives chopped
- Preheat a barbecue plate on high.
- Peel husks back off corn and remove as much silk as possible.
- Wrap bacon around corn and push husks over bacon to enclose.
- Secure tightly by wrapping the top of corn cob with foil.
- Cook on barbecue, turning often for 10 minutes.
- Cool slightly before peeling back husks.
- Mix butter, garlic and chives and serve corn with a dollop of butter.
