Ham Rice Ring Recipe

  1. Line a 6 1/2 c. ring mold with half the ham, overlapping slices to complete cover mold.
  2. Finely chop remaining ham, set aside.
  3. To make filling: Blend soup and mayonnaise in bowl, stir in minced ham and remaining ingredients.
  4. Pack mix into ham-lined mold.
  5. Cover with waxed paper, refrigerateovernight.
  6. To unmold: Carefully run spatula around inside of mold, invert on serving platter.
  7. Serve with sauce.
  8. To make sauce: Combine the following ingredients in small bowl, chill.

ham, condensed cream, mayonnaise, unsalted cooked rice, pineapple, celery, red bell pepper, green onion, water chestnuts, grnd ginger, white pepper
