butternut & carrot soup

  1. chop all the vegetables & garlic, place in a saucepan.
  2. make up a litre of stock with stock cube & add to vegetables
  3. add 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs & 1/2 teaspoon parsley into saucepan.
  4. season with salt & pepper to your taste.
  5. bring saucepan to the boil, then reduce heat.
  6. simmer until vegetables are cooked.
  7. blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  8. enjoy!
