Pat's Mushroom Saute
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 18 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 lb button mushroom, sliced
- Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic,oregano, and mushrooms.
- Saute for 20 minutes or until tender.
