Apple cinnamon snack
- 1 small red apple
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- Chop apple and saute in a nonstick skillet with the water.
- Cover on medium for 2 minutes or until apple is softened.
- Put in a bowl and mix with honey, butter, and cinnamon.
- I also added wheat germ for some texture and a healthy bonus.
- Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
