Moroccan Chicken Chorizo Soup
- 2 chorizo sausages, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 liters chicken stock
- 12 cup green beans, sliced
- 2 oranges, zest of
- Pan fry chorizo until browned.
- Whack all ingredients except green beans into the chicken stock and simmer until chicken is cooked.
- Add green beans until soft.
- Serve!
