Creamy Mustard Topped Steak

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place beef on rack in broiling pan.
  3. Broil 3-5 inches from heat source, for 20 minutes for rare (or until desired doneness), turning once.
  4. While cooking, in a small bowl, with fork, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  5. When the steak is done, spread mixture over the top.
  6. Broil 2 more minutes, until topping is hot and bubbly.
