Creamy Mustard Topped Steak
- 2- 1/2 pounds Beef- Top Round Steak, 1 1/4 Inches Thick
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Dried Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Spicy Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Salt
- 18 teaspoons Paprika
- Preheat broiler.
- Place beef on rack in broiling pan.
- Broil 3-5 inches from heat source, for 20 minutes for rare (or until desired doneness), turning once.
- While cooking, in a small bowl, with fork, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- When the steak is done, spread mixture over the top.
- Broil 2 more minutes, until topping is hot and bubbly.
