Chicken Berry Salad
- 8 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, divided
- 2 cups snow pea pods
- 12 large fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed if frozen King Sooper's 1 pkg For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 4 cups mixed salad greens

- 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Caramel Topping
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Cook and stir chicken in 1/4 cup of the dressing in large skillet on medium heat 4 min.
- or until cooked through.
- Toss in bowl with pea pods, strawberries, blueberries, pecans and remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
- Serve chicken mixture over bed of mixed greens, along with 4 WHEAT THIN crackers per serving.
- Enjoy 1/2 cup frozen yogurt drizzled with 1 Tbsp.
- caramel topping per person for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with meal.
