Simply Roasted Butternut Squash

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil.
  3. Place the squash halves on the tin foil and fill each half equally with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake until soft, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of your squash.
  5. Serve hot from the oven.
