Mexican Fiesta Shrimp Fajitas
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 each green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. (450 g) uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Marble Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 8 small tortillas, warmed
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add peppers, onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.
- Add shrimp and remaining dressing; cook 3 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
- Stir in chili powder; cook and stir 1 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Add half the cheese to shrimp mixture; mix well.
- Serve shrimp mixture wrapped in tortillas.
- Top with remaining cheese.
