AMIEs KALABASA (squash) with AMPALAYA

  1. Saute the garlic and onion in hot oil until golden brown.
  2. Add the pork and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add kalabasa and stir.
  5. Add ampalaya (more salt may be added if needed.
  6. Pour in a cup water.
  7. Cover.
  8. When vegetables are half cooked, uncover and cook until vegetables are done.
  9. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
  10. Share and enjoy!
