Sauerkraut Peppers Recipe
- 4 lg. green peppers
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pound grnd pork
- 3 tbsp. onions
- 1 c. warm rice
- 1 c. sauerkraut
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Brown pork in pan.
- Add in onions.
- Mix with rice, sauerkraut, Large eggs, salt, paprika, caraway seeds.
- Fill cleaned green peppers with mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
