Special Cheese and Chive Biscuits
- 2-1/2 cup all-purpose baking mix
- 2/3 evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup spread margarine
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 cup sharp
- mild cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chives
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients by hand until baking mix is covered and cheese is mixed in evenly.
- Do not kneed or overmix.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake approixamtely 12 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
