Salisbury Steak

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 cup water until well blended; shape into 6 (3/4 inch-thick) patties.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add patties; cook 8 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  5. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, remaining water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  6. Drain fat from skillet.
  7. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over patties.
  8. Bring to boil; cover.
  9. Simmer on low heat 3 min.
  10. or until heated through.
