Chocolate Malted Ice Cream Torte Recipe
- 1 c. crushed graham crackers
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. finely grated semi-sweet chocolate
- Make crust by combining ingredients above.
- Press into cheesecake pan.
- Next make ice cream filling.
- Soften 1/2 gallon of ice cream in refrigerator for 45 min.
- Add in malted lowfat milk pwdr and beat till well blended.
- Spread over crust.
- Next, coarsely chop malt balls and sprinkle them over ice cream, patting them in gently.
- Cover and freeze till firmly.
- Dip knife in hot water and run around torte to loosen.
- Cut into wedges.
