VELVEETA Spicy Chicken Skillet Dinner
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut up
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups shell macaroni, uncooked
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Add water.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
- Stir in shell macaroni.
- Reduce heat to medium; cover with tight-fitting lid.
- Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender and just a small amount of water remains.
- Add VELVEETA and tomatoes; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
