Pork Chops a La Vivi

  1. Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt.
  2. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Arrange 1 onion slice and 1 lemon slice on each pork chop.
  4. Top each with 1 tbl.
  5. of brown sugar and 1 tbl.
  6. of ketchup.
  7. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour; remove the cover.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally with pan juices.
