Moroccoan almond cookies
- 300 grams raw grated almonds
- 2 large eggs
- 180 grams granulated sugar
- 70 grams cornstarch
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Mix the cornstach, the granulated sugar and the almonds all together.
- Add the baking powder.
- Pre-heat oven at 180C.
- Beat the eggs along with the vanilla extract anf the otange water, them add to the 1st mix and stir slowly.
- Once the mass is ready start making teaspoon-sized balls and coat them in the confectioner's sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes and let them cool.
