My Favorite Mac n Cheese

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  3. Add Velveeta to butter and stir
  4. Once the cheese starts to melt, add the remaining ingredients and continue to stir (careful not to scorch it!)
  5. Once completely melted and creamy, remove from heat
  6. Stir into prepared (and drained) macaroni
