Ham Medley Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. cream style cottage cheese
- 4 c. cooked cubed ham
- 8 ounce. noodles, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- Heat butter and add in celery, green pepper, and onion; cook till tender.
- Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in lowfat milk and cottage cheese; cook and stir till boiling.
- Add in ham and noodles.
- Turn into 3 qt casserole dish.
- Mix melted butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serves 10-12.
