Betty-Lou's Raspberry Pie
- 3 cups raspberries
- 1 small box raspberry or strawberry jello
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- In a pot, mix together water, jello, sugar and cornstarch.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer and stir until mixture starts to thicken *won't get very thick*
- Let mixture cool, stiring often
- Place berries in pie crust.
- Once the jello mixture begins to set, pour over berries.
- Chill.
- Once set, enjoy :)
