Pork with Apple Caraway Cream

  1. Melt butter and saute onions and garlic, remove.
  2. Brown the pork and remove.
  3. Blend the flour into the remining melted butter.
  4. Stir in wine, broth, Dijon, caraway, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil and add onions, garlic, apple, and pork.
  6. Simmer until the pork is fully cooked, about 7 minutes.
  7. Stir in the sour cream immediately before serving.
