Sausage & Egg Casserole

  1. Brown sausage and spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Put croutons on bottom of pan.
  3. Put sausage over croutons.
  4. Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and cheese and pour that over sausage and croutons.
  5. Refrigerate overnight covered.
  6. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
  7. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk together and pour over top.
  8. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
