Sausage & Egg Casserole
- 2 lbs Jimmy Dean sausage
- 3 cups seasoned croutons
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups colby cheese
- 2 12 cups milk
- 10 34 ounces regular size can cream of mushroom soup
- 12-34 cup milk (mix with soup)
- Brown sausage and spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put croutons on bottom of pan.
- Put sausage over croutons.
- Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and cheese and pour that over sausage and croutons.
- Refrigerate overnight covered.
- Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk together and pour over top.
- Bake an additional 15 minutes.
