Vegetables and crab salad
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 5 clove garlic
- 2 large avacado
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 5 kale
- 1/2 diced yellow onion
- 1/4 kosher salt
- 2 cup crab or imitation crab meat
- Mix all the raw vegetables together and Sautee them together on medium heat for about 20 min.
- Rip the Romain lettuce into pieces into a large bowl.
- Sautee crab meat in pan for about 5 mins.
- 10 of frozen.
- Once veggies and crab are done combine together in large bowl with Romain lettuce.
- Toss and serve.
- Add dressing if desired.
- Vinegretts go well.
