Vegetables and crab salad

  1. Mix all the raw vegetables together and Sautee them together on medium heat for about 20 min.
  2. Rip the Romain lettuce into pieces into a large bowl.
  3. Sautee crab meat in pan for about 5 mins.
  4. 10 of frozen.
  5. Once veggies and crab are done combine together in large bowl with Romain lettuce.
  6. Toss and serve.
  7. Add dressing if desired.
  8. Vinegretts go well.
