Christmas Freezer Cookies

  1. Mix 1/2 c of the flour with fruit pieces and walnuts.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
  4. Mix thoroughly, using hands to mix and dust dough with flour to keep dough from getting too sticky.
  5. Knead in fruit mixture.
  6. Shape into logs and roll in waxed paper.
  7. Freeze overnight and slice into 1/4" cookies.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes - do not overbake!
  9. Dust with sugar while still warm.
