Peanutty Chewy Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  3. In large bowl, stir together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add butter; cut in with pastry blender or with hands until mixture is well blended, resembling coarse crumbs.
  5. Add eggs; mix well.
  6. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, pressing firmly onto bottom of pan.
  7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is set.
  8. Removefrom oven; sprinkle peanut butter chips on top.
  9. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over chips; top with coconut.
  10. Return to oven; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
  11. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  12. Cut into bars.
