Heavenly Rolls

  1. Mix yeast, sugar and warm water together.
  2. Set to rise. Cook oleo,
  3. milk
  4. and sugar on stove until oleo is melted and sugar dissolved.
  5. After
  6. yeast
  7. has risen and cooked milk has cooled
  8. to lukewarm, add to above mixture the eggs.
  9. Work in a cup at
  10. a time
  11. the flour.
  12. After the flour is mixed in well, put
  13. the dough
  14. in
  15. a
  16. greased, covered dish and leave in the refrigerator until about 2 hours before baking.
  17. Roll out the dough
  18. on
  19. a floured
  20. surface and cut circles.
  21. Fold the roll over
  22. and
  23. pinch it together around the edge.
  24. Place the rolls on
  25. lightly
  26. greased cookie sheets and cover them with a light cloth and
  27. let
  28. them rise from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
  29. Bake at 375u0b0 to 400u0b0 for about 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the size of the roll.
