Fettuccine with Smoked Salmon and Asparagus
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. asparagus
- 4 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 180 g smoked salmon
- 2/3 pkg. (500 g) Primo Fettuccine
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 2 minced cloves garlic and 4 chopped green onions in 1/2 cup butter in frypan over medium heat, until soft.
- Set aside.
- Cook 2/3 pkg.
- (500g) Primo Fettuccine according to package directions.
- Add 1/2 lb.
- fresh asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces to the pasta water 1 minute before pasta is cooked.
- Drain.
- Toss together pasta, onion mixture, 1 Tbsp.
- each chopped fresh dill and parsley, 4 tsp.
- lemon juice and 180 g smoked salmon, cut into strips.
- Serve immediately.
