Fettuccine with Smoked Salmon and Asparagus

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 2 minced cloves garlic and 4 chopped green onions in 1/2 cup butter in frypan over medium heat, until soft.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cook 2/3 pkg.
  5. (500g) Primo Fettuccine according to package directions.
  6. Add 1/2 lb.
  7. fresh asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces to the pasta water 1 minute before pasta is cooked.
  8. Drain.
  9. Toss together pasta, onion mixture, 1 Tbsp.
  10. each chopped fresh dill and parsley, 4 tsp.
  11. lemon juice and 180 g smoked salmon, cut into strips.
  12. Serve immediately.
