Breakfast Apples

  1. Wash, core, and thinly slice apples.
  2. In pan, melt butter until it begins to brown slightly.
  3. Add cinnamon, cloves, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Add apple.
  6. Stir until coated with mixture.
  7. Let brown for about two minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Add juice.
  9. Stir.
  10. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. Remove lid and simmer on med - high heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
  12. Serve hot.
