Wheat-Free Shortbread

  1. Beat sugar & butter until creamy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add rice flour & ground almonds.
  4. Mix with hands and press into a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350f.
