Cheapo Steaks for Your Grill

• 2 12 kg inexpensive roast
• 3 cups of your favorite marinade

1. slice roast into steaks.
2. place in a large freezer bag.
3. add marinade and place in fridge for 6 to 8 hrs or over night.
4. grill over med high heat for 9 to 10 minute turning once let stand 4 to 5 minute and serve with salad or baked potatoes.
