17 Bean Stew With Ham

  1. Combine all ingredients in large pan.
  2. Simmer 2 hours.
  3. Can also be be started on the stove and then baked in a dutch oven at 250 degrees F.
  4. Remove hock, pick off ham and add it back into stew.
  5. The more ham the better.
