German Ambrosia Cake

  1. Mix frosting packet from frosting mix with whipping cream in small mixer bowl (just to blend -will whip later) CHILL.
  2. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions using 13x9 prepared pan.
  3. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely.
  4. Slice into 2 layers.
  5. Spread marmalade between layers.
  6. Beat whipping cream mixture until stiff.
  7. Fold in coconut-pecan packet.
  8. Spread over top and sides of cake.
  9. Chill until serving time.
