Awesome Banana Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk (I use plain soy milk or rice milk)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder (optional)
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top it off with whipped cream for added "wow-factor".
