Philly And Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
- 185g can tuna in spring water, well drained
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 12 large mushroom caps, stalks removed
- 1 3/4 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons seasoned stuffing mix
- Canola cooking spray
- Combine together the onion, capsicum, coriander, tuna sweet chilli and Philly*.
- Spoon evenly into the mushrooms.
- Top each mushroom with the combine breadcrumbs and seasoning mix, spray with the canola cooking spray.
- Bake in moderate oven 180C for 20- 25 minutes or until golden.
- Serve immediately with a crisp salad.
