Easy Cheesy Fondue
- 1 clove Garlic, Halved
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 pound Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 3/4 cups Soda Pop (your Choice), Warmed
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 18 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 18 teaspoons Paprika
- Dippers Of Choice: Bread Cubes, Apples, Sausage, Etc
- Rub the inside of your fondue pot with the garlic clove.
- Add milk to the pot.
- Turn them temperature dial to 200 degrees F. Bring milk to a simmer.
- Combine cheese and flour; using a rubber spatula stir slowly into the milk using a figure 8 pattern.
- Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
- Slowly stir in your soda pop of choice (I happened to use root beer).
- Turn temperature dial to warm.
- Sprinkle with pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
- Serve with bread cubes, pears, apples, and summer sausage.
