Easy Cheesy Fondue

  1. Rub the inside of your fondue pot with the garlic clove.
  2. Add milk to the pot.
  3. Turn them temperature dial to 200 degrees F. Bring milk to a simmer.
  4. Combine cheese and flour; using a rubber spatula stir slowly into the milk using a figure 8 pattern.
  5. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
  6. Slowly stir in your soda pop of choice (I happened to use root beer).
  7. Turn temperature dial to warm.
  8. Sprinkle with pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
  9. Serve with bread cubes, pears, apples, and summer sausage.
