Orange-Curry Turkey Tenders

• 1 lb turkey strips
• 12 cup orange juice
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 14 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 12 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1. Mix last four ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Pour into Zip N Steam bag.
3. Add turkey.
4. Seal bag, then toss to coat turkey.
5. Steam on high for 8-10 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
6. Serve.
