Whole Wheat Spaghetti With White Beans and Tuna

  1. Bring a large pot of water on to boil.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.
  3. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  4. Add the red pepper, celery, and garlic and cook for 3 minutes more.
  5. Stir in the white beans and vegetable stock.
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer, for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the hot pepper flakes and tuna, season with salt and pepper, to taste, and simmer until heated through.
  8. Keep warm while you cook the pasta according to apckage directions.
  9. Drain pasta and transfer to a bowl.
  10. Toss with the sauce.
