Baked Herb Crusted Chicken Breasts Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Heat margarine with oil in small saucepan over medium heat; cold slightly.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, basil, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper in pie dish.
  4. Brush chicken breasts on both sides with breadcrumb mix.
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  6. Bake till chicken is cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden brown, about 20 min.
  7. Transfer to plates.
  8. Serve, passing lemon wedges alongside.
