Gwen's Spinach Salad Recipe
- Fresh spinach leaves (2 lg. clumps)
- Fresh red leaf lettuce
- 1 can pitted black olives, sliced
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 box garlic croutons
- 8 ounce. finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 bottle Kraft Caesar dressing
- Wash and tear lettuce and spinach into pcs.
- Add in black olives, mushrooms, croutons, and cheese; toss.
- Add in dressing and walnuts.
- You can garnish with grated carrots or possibly canned mandarin oranges (liquid removed).
- Do not add in dressing till you are ready to serve.
