Flounder with Roe Simmer

  1. Slice the ginger.
  2. If using frozen flounder, thaw it first.
  3. Add all of the seasoning ingredients to a pot and cook on medium heat.
  4. Once it comes to a boil, add the flounder.
  5. Cover with an aluminum foil lid and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Adjust the time depending on the size of the fish.
  7. Turn over once, or use a spoon to pour the sauce over it.
