Meat Loaf Microwave Directions Recipe

• 2 pound grnd beef (or possibly 1 pound beef, 1/2 pound veal, 1/2 pound pork)
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 2 slices bard, crumbled
• McCormick seasoning mix

1. Mix together:

beef, eggs, milk, bard, seasoning mix
