Cream Cheese Mexican Dip
- 1 ounce, weight 8 Oz. Pkg Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Chunky Salsa
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar, Plus Extra For Topping
- 1 bag (6 Oz. Bag) Lettuce, Shredded
- Extra Shredded Cheddar
- 1 can (4 To 6 Oz. Can) Sliced Black Olives, Drained
- Green Onions, Optional
- Blend together the cream cheese and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Add in the salsa, black beans, and 1 cup shredded cheddar.
- Mix well and pour into a medium bowl.
- Cover with shredded lettuce, additional cheddar cheese, black olives, and green onions.
- Let it chill for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Serve with chips or crackers.
