Beef And Horseradish Risotto Recipe

  1. Heat the butter, add in the rice and shallots and cook without colouring for 5 min.
  2. Add in the stock and cook till the rice still has a bit of bite.
  3. Finish with more butter, the beef, horseradish and finally the minced herbs.
  4. Place a portion in the centre of each plate and surround with 3 sauteed fillet tails.
