Canadian Duck With Red Wine Recipe
- 1 x Cool roast duck cut serving pcs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 med Onion minced
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 c. Condensed chicken consomme Juice of 1 orange Grated rind of 1 orange
- 1/4 c. Dry red wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Heat butter and soften onion in it.
- Stir in the flour and brown it.
- Add in consomme and simmer for 10 min.
- Add in orange juice and grated rind, wine and duck pcs.
- Season to taste and simmer gently for 30 min.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
