Healthified sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients except blueberries in large bowl.
  2. Beat until well mixed.
  3. Gently stir in blueberries.
  4. Heat griddle to 350F or until drops of water sizzle.
  5. For each pancake pour 1/4 cup batter onto greased griddle.
  6. Cook until bubbles form (2 to 3 minutes).
  7. Turn; continue cooking until light golden brown (1 to 2 minutes).
  8. Serve warm with butter and syrup.
