Broccoli Bell Pepper Saute
- 1 whole Broccoli
- 2 cups Cornflour, Dissolved In A Little Water To Make A Paste
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Oil, As Needed
- 1 whole Onion, finely chopped
- 2 whole Red Bell Peppers, Finely Chopped
- 2 whole Yellow Bell Peppers, Finely Chopped
- 1.
- First separate all small florets from the broccoli.
- 2.
- Boil those broccoli florets in water with a little amount of turmeric powder added in it.
- 3.
- After 5 minutes, drain the water.
- Make a paste of cornflour and water with salt, mustard seeds, chili powder and turmeric powder, to taste.
- 4.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Now, dip the broccoli florets in the paste and fry them until brown.
- Put them aside.

- Add chopped onions to the pan, fry until light brown.
- Add chopped bell peppers (both red and yellow) along with the fried broccoli.
- 6.
- Add more chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.
- You can also pour the remaining cornflour paste in it.
- 7.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Serve hot.
