Greek Turkey Burger

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp.
  3. dressing mix, tomato, cucumber, vinegar and oil.
  4. Chill while preparing burgers.
  5. In another bowl, combine remaining dressing, turkey, bread crumbs, egg white and milk.
  6. Gently mix to combine ingredients; form into 4 patties.
  7. Grill 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Nestle each burger into a pita pocket; top with tomato mixture and Feta cheese.
  9. Add lettuce, if you like.
